Placing an order
- You add items to your basket and choose Checkout.
- You pay on a secure page run by our payment provider, Stripe.
- Our contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation (your receipt).
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling. Jar prices include VAT. Salon and trade pack prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown on the checkout page.
If you enter a valid VAT number at checkout it appears on your receipt. TODO-OWNER: confirm VAT treatment with your accountant (plan §5).

Our responsibility
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you buy as a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, to the extent the law allows.
Complaints and law
If something has gone wrong, contact us first; we'll reply within TODO-OWNER working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
